Attorney Kevin F. Sullivan focuses his work on a broad range of practice areas, including, civil litigation, business law, employment law, landlord-tenant disputes, commercial and residential real estate matters, and probate law. Attorney Sullivan has advocated for clients at numerous courts and adjudicative bodies at both the state and federal level, including, the Superior Court, the District Court, the Housing Court, the Land Court, the Boston Municipal Court, the Probate and Family Court, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Attorney Sullivan received his Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston with a concentration in Business Law. He also graduated with magna cum laude distinction from Framingham State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Minor in Accounting. As an undergraduate, he was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and the Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society.

Attorney Sullivan started at DDCRW as a Legal Intern while still in attendance at law school and gained early firsthand experience in solving legal problems and advocating for clients.

A native of Millis, Mr. Sullivan returned home to Norfolk County when he became an attorney with DDCRW.
