Attorney Jacqueline S. Killion focuses her practice in the areas of probate law, trust and estate administration, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate, business law, and civil litigation.

Ms. Killion earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Massachusetts in 2012. In 2016, Ms. Killion earned her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law. During law school, she received a CALI Award for Excellence in legal writing and reasoning and was a Writing and Legal Advocacy Semi-finalist.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Killion was a senior associate at a law firm in Greater Boston where she assisted clients in business law and litigation. Ms. Killion also gained experience in a boutique law firm where she represented buyers, sellers, and lending institutions in real estate and business transactions, and assisted clients in probate proceedings and trust administration. Ms. Killion takes pride in the compassionate, enthusiastic, and zealous representation of her clients.

Ms. Killion is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Outside the office, Ms. Killion enjoys spending time with her family and two daughters.
