Areas of Practice:

Attorney Gabe Bell, a shareholder of the firm, is an experienced trial attorney concentrating his practice on representing parties in complex estate and trust litigations. Mr. Bell specializes in guiding his clients through the probate court system, helping to solve difficult estate, trust and fiduciary problems, and negotiating a settlement or taking the case to trial.  Mr. Bell also represents businesses, corporations, and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation, including compliance with federal and state employment laws, property damage claims, construction defect, general liability, and personal injury.  

 

From 2015-2021, Mr. Bell was selected, based on a vote of all licensed attorneys in Massachusetts and a review by an independent blue ribbon panel, as a “Super Lawyer” in Estate and Trust Litigation, published annually in Boston Magazine and New England Super Lawyers. Previously, Mr. Bell was selected as a “Rising Star,” each year from 2010-2014.  Mr. Bell has also received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating™ by Martindale-Hubbell® reflecting the highest available rating by his peers for ethical standards and legal ability.

 

Mr. Bell is currently a member of the Greater Boston Fiduciary Law American Inn of Court, the Trial Attorneys of America, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bell was a principal at a well-respected Boston firm where he focused on medical malpractice and employment claims.

 

Mr. Bell received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He received his BA from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Bell also spent a year studying at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University.
