DCDC Names Attorney Michelle M. Raymond As Partner

Join us at DCDC in popping open the champagne to celebrate not only the New Year but also the naming of Attorney Michelle M. Raymond as partner and shareholder.
Attorney Michelle Raymond, as the head of the firm’s Domestic Relations Practice Group, will continue to focus her practice in mediation, collaborative law, and divorce litigation. She embodies the firm’s philosophy of providing clients with the highest quality of work at a reasonable cost.  All 12 attorneys at DCDC achieve this by focusing our attention and experience on each case at the outset, to resolve what can be resolved, and to find the fastest and most cost effective means to achieve our clients’ goals and objectives.  She will continue to work with the other departments at DCDC such as real estate, business, estate planning and administration, civil litigation, and employment to provide her clients with comprehensive representation.
Attorney Michelle RaymondAttorney Raymond assists her clients through their difficult legal and personal times with an emphasis on the prevention of future crisis situations. She provides mediation and litigation services for all family-related disputes, including, but not limited to: divorce, post-divorce, paternity, separation, estate or guardianship, and non-traditional family issues. In addition, she works with families in the areas of adoption and parent coordination.  Ms. Raymond works with a team of professionals to guide her clients through the often stressful and overwhelming decisions involved in the area of family law.   In addition to the legal aspects of family law, she focuses on helping her clients maintain and regain control over the decisions that affect their lives, integrity, and confidence all in a confidential setting.

Her mediation services offer a cost-effective alternative for family, probate, civil, and business disputes, and provide parties with more control over the process.  Ms. Raymond also practices collaborative law in divorce & family matters. Collaborative law is an alternative dispute resolution process in which both parties and counsel contract to negotiate without court involvement.  It provides clients with the assurance of having legal counsel involved throughout the process with the added advantage of having financial and child/divorce coaches directly involved.
