Estate Planning Attorney with LLM or Equivalent Experience

Doherty, Dugan, Cannon, Raymond and Weil, P.C., is seeking an associate for estate planning, and trust and estate administration.  This position will involve meeting with clients with or without a partner, as warranted by the circumstances, drafting and editing planning documents, follow-up communications with clients, coordinating administration tasks with probate paralegals and overseeing execution and funding of estate plans.

The ideal candidate would have an LLM degree and some practical experience in estate and tax planning, administration, and some knowledge of Medicaid/MassHealth planning practice.

Litigation Attorney

Doherty, Dugan, Cannon, Raymond & Weil, P.C., is seeking a litigation attorney capable of handling landlord/tenant, probate, and employment matters, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience. Exposure to other practice areas is also likely.  The ideal candidate will have familiarity and experience with both the Superior and Probate Court, have the ability to appear in hearings, and have a strong work ethic, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Paralegal

Doherty, Dugan, Cannon, Raymond and Weil, P.C., is seeking a full time Paralegal. A minimum of five (2) years legal office experience preferred.  The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, excellent word processing skills, an aptitude for working with numbers, be self-motivated, able to work independently and must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a necessity.

This position requires working directly with partners and associates on a daily basis and frequent contact with clients.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with Litigation and Domestic Relations matters. Applicants must be proficient working with Word, Excel and Outlook. Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
